Slingshot Theatre: an international company established in 2010 to produce exciting, dynamic, unpredictable and memorable theatrical experiences through releasing the creative power & vigorous energy of the actor.
We seek to go beyond the expectation of our audiences, to provide value for money and to re-ignite a passion for theatre in the UK as a unique art form, distinct from TV or Cinema.
Out of our goal of performance springs our Laboratories for professional actors, and our education work for young actors & enthusiasts.
We seek to serve today’s audience, whilst also allowing ourselves to take great inspiration from the theatre traditions of the past, especially the Commedia dell'Arte.
